No Smoking Policy
Azalea Laser and Skincare has a no smoking policy.

Cell Phones
For the courtesy of others, please turn off cell phones.

Arrival
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment.

Appointment
Please have your credit card ready when making an appointment.

Cancel/Reschedule
Please provide at least 24 business hours notice for canceling and rescheduling appointments. Cancellations with less than 24 business hours notice will result in a 50% charge of the service fee. Failure to cancel will result in a charge of the full fee. We try our best to avoid this situation by confirming all appointments the day before.
